Terms of Use
Last updated: 10 ottobre 2026
This document is available in English only.
1. About these terms
Hypredict (“Hypredict”, “we”, “us”) provides a website and web app (the “Interface”) for viewing and trading prediction markets that exist on Hyperliquid, a third-party blockchain and exchange protocol. The Interface is one way, but not the only way, to read from and send transactions to Hyperliquid, and it is separate from Hyperliquid itself. We do not own, operate or control Hyperliquid, and we cannot stop, reverse or change a transaction on it.
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and us, and apply whenever you access or use the Interface. If you use the Interface on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and “you” means that entity as well.
By using the Interface, connecting a wallet or signing in, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Interface only if all of the following are true:
- You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- Trading prediction markets, event contracts and digital assets is lawful for you where you live and where you are located. Prediction markets are restricted or prohibited in a number of countries and regions, and it is your responsibility alone to know and follow the rules that apply to you.
- You are not a Restricted Person, and are not acting for one.
- You are permitted to use Hyperliquid under Hyperliquid’s own terms, including its restrictions on certain countries and regions.
A “Restricted Person” is any person or entity that:
- lives in, is located in, or is organised under the laws of a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes imposed by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union or the United Kingdom;
- appears on a sanctions or restricted-party list kept by any of those authorities, such as the Specially Designated Nationals List of the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control;
- is owned or controlled by a person or entity described above; or
- lives in or is located in any other country or region where using the Interface is unlawful, or that we designate as restricted.
We may use technical measures, such as blocking by location, to enforce these restrictions, and we may restrict or block access for any person or region at any time. You may not use a VPN, proxy, Tor or any other means to hide your location or get around a restriction, and you may not misstate where you live or your nationality. We are not responsible for any loss you suffer from using, or trying to use, the Interface when you are not eligible.
3. What Hypredict is and is not
The Interface is a front end. It displays information from Hyperliquid and helps you prepare and submit your own instructions to Hyperliquid.
- We do not hold your funds. Your assets stay in your own Hyperliquid account, controlled by your wallet. We never have custody, possession or control of them, and we cannot move, freeze, recover or return them.
- We do not run the markets. Markets are created, listed, matched and settled on Hyperliquid. We do not create markets, set prices, act as your counterparty, decide outcomes or determine payouts, and we do not check or vouch for the data sources used to resolve them.
- We are not a broker, exchange, custodian or adviser. We do not execute, match, clear or settle trades, route orders between venues, or promise the best price or best execution. No fiduciary, client or advisory relationship exists between you and us.
Your use of Hyperliquid is governed by Hyperliquid’s own terms. If a market is listed, changed, halted, resolved or settled in a way you disagree with, that is a matter between you and Hyperliquid.
We choose which markets the Interface shows and how it presents them. We may hide, remove or limit any market on the Interface at any time, for example where we believe it raises legal or user-protection concerns. Doing so affects only the Interface. The market continues to exist on Hyperliquid, and any position you hold in it stays in your account and can be managed through Hyperliquid or another interface.
4. Your wallet and account
You sign in through Privy, a third-party authentication and wallet provider. You can connect a wallet you already have, or sign in with another method, in which case Privy creates an embedded wallet for you. Privy’s own terms apply to that service.
You alone are responsible for your wallet, your login methods, your private keys and recovery phrases, and the security of the devices you use. We never have access to your private keys and cannot restore access to a wallet you have lost. We are not liable for any loss that results from a lost or compromised wallet, phishing, malware, or a mistake you make when using your wallet.
Every transaction you sign is your own action. Check the details before you confirm. Blockchain transactions are final once confirmed, cannot be reversed by us or anyone else, and are not refundable.
5. The trading agent
So that you do not have to sign every order by hand, the Interface asks you to enable trading once. When you do:
- A separate signing key (an “agent”) is generated in your browser and stored on your device in encrypted form. It is not sent to us.
- You approve that agent on Hyperliquid with a signature from your wallet. The approval is valid for up to 180 days, after which the Interface will ask you to approve a new one.
- The agent can place and cancel orders in your Hyperliquid account. It cannot withdraw or transfer your funds.
Orders you place in the Interface are signed by the agent and sent straight from your browser to Hyperliquid. Anyone who gains access to your device or browser profile may be able to place orders with the agent while its approval is valid. Keep your device secure, and do not enable trading on a device you do not control.
6. Fees
Using the Interface involves the following fees:
- Interface fee on trades. Orders placed through the Interface use our Hyperliquid builder code and carry a builder fee of up to 0.01% of the order value, paid to Hypredict. You authorise this fee with a signature the first time you enable trading.
- Service fee on deposits and withdrawals. Deposits and withdrawals routed through Relay carry a Hypredict service fee of 0.1% of the amount, shown in the quote before you confirm.
- Third-party fees. Hyperliquid trading fees, bridge and swap fees, and blockchain network fees are charged by the relevant third parties. We do not set or receive them, and they can rise sharply without notice.
We may change our fees. We will update this section when we do, and a change applies only to transactions you make after it takes effect. Fees already paid are not refundable.
7. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are carried out by third-party services, including Privy and Relay, which bridge or swap assets between other blockchains and your Hyperliquid account. Quotes are estimates. The amount you receive and the time it takes depend on those services and on network conditions.
Check every address, network, token and amount before you confirm. An asset sent to the wrong address or over the wrong network may be lost permanently, and we cannot recover it. You may not deposit funds that come from criminal or other unlawful activity.
8. Risks
Trading prediction markets is risky and is not suitable for everyone. By using the Interface you confirm that you understand how prediction markets, blockchains and digital assets work, that you have made your own assessment of the risks, and that you accept them, including these:
- Loss of your whole stake. An outcome share that resolves against you is worth nothing. Trade only with money you can afford to lose.
- Prices are not predictions. The price of an outcome share reflects what other traders are willing to pay, which implies a probability. It is not a measure of underlying value and not a forecast from us.
- Price and liquidity. Prices can move sharply, and a market may not have enough liquidity to let you buy or sell at the price shown, or at all, including when you most want to exit. Market orders can fill at a worse price than you expected.
- Open orders. The balance or shares needed to fill a limit order are reserved while the order is open, and you cannot use them for anything else until it fills or you cancel it.
- Resolution. Markets resolve under the rules and data sources set on Hyperliquid. A resolution may be delayed or disputed, may differ from what you expect because of how the event was defined, and is final once confirmed. We do not control it.
- Other traders. Other participants may know more than you do about the likely outcome, or have better data and tools. The Interface does not put traders on an equal footing.
- Technology. Blockchains, smart contracts, bridges, wallets and the Interface itself can fail, be attacked, contain bugs or become unavailable, including at moments when you want to trade.
- Regulation. The law on prediction markets and digital assets is unsettled, differs between countries and is changing. A change may affect your ability to use the Interface or the value of your positions.
- Tax. You are responsible for working out and paying any tax that applies to your activity.
9. No advice
Nothing on the Interface is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to trade any market. Every trading decision is yours alone. Get advice from a qualified professional if you need it.
10. Information on the Interface
Market titles and descriptions, prices, charts, order books, balances, sports scores and other data come from Hyperliquid and other third parties. They are provided for general information, may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and may be displayed incorrectly by the Interface. Prices may differ from those shown elsewhere. Verify anything you intend to rely on. Your balances and positions as recorded on Hyperliquid are the authoritative record.
11. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use the Interface in breach of any law or regulation that applies to you, including laws on money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions and market integrity, or to handle the proceeds of unlawful activity.
- Manipulate any market, including by wash trading, spoofing, front-running, coordinated trading, or trading to create a false impression of price or activity.
- Trade on information you are not legally allowed to use, or trade a market whose outcome you are able to influence or decide.
- Use the Interface from, or help anyone use it from, a place where that is not allowed, or get around any access restriction.
- Interfere with, overload, probe or attack the Interface, exploit a bug or vulnerability in it, or introduce malware or other harmful code.
- Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools on the Interface in a way that goes beyond reasonable use or gets around rate limits.
- Copy, reverse-engineer or resell the Interface, or pass it off as your own.
- Help or encourage anyone else to do any of the above.
12. Restricting access
We may restrict, suspend or end your access to the Interface, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or the law, or where a law, court order or competent authority requires it. We may report unlawful conduct to the authorities, and may ask you for information where an authority requires us to. Because we do not hold your funds, restricting your access to the Interface does not take them from you.
13. Intellectual property and feedback
The Interface, including its software, design, text and the Hypredict name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. While you comply with these Terms, you have a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable permission to use it for your own trading. Third-party names and marks, such as those of Hyperliquid, Privy and Relay, belong to their owners.
If you send us suggestions or other feedback, we may use it freely and without any obligation to you.
14. No warranty
The Interface is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Interface will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, and we are not responsible for outages, bugs, or failures of third-party services.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Hypredict and the people who build and operate it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, funds, digital assets, data or opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Interface, Hyperliquid, or any third-party service. This includes losses caused by market movements, lack of liquidity, market resolution, failed or delayed transactions, wrong or delayed information, bugs, attacks, or unauthorised access to your wallet or device.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Interface is limited to the fees you paid to Hypredict in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for any claim, loss or cost, including reasonable legal fees, that results from your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law, or your misuse of the Interface.
17. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Interface, or any part of it, at any time. Because your assets are held in your own Hyperliquid account, they remain accessible through Hyperliquid and other interfaces if the Interface is unavailable.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Interface after an update, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the Interface.
18. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone else. These Terms are written in English, and the English version prevails over any translation.
