Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 octobre 2026
This document is available in English only.
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Hypredict (“Hypredict”, “we”, “us”) handles when you use our website and web app (the “Interface”), why, and what choices you have. It should be read together with our Terms of Use. By using the Interface you acknowledge that you have read it.
Hypredict is a front end to Hyperliquid, and is built to work with as little personal information as possible.
2. Information we do not collect
We do not ask for or store your name, postal address, date of birth, identity documents, biometric data, bank or card details, or precise location. We never have access to your private keys, recovery phrases or funds. We do not show advertising, and we do not use advertising or retargeting trackers.
3. Information we handle
- Wallet address. When you connect a wallet or sign in, the Interface uses your public wallet address to show your balances, positions, orders and history, and to submit the orders you place.
- Sign-in details. Sign-in is handled by Privy. If you sign in with an email address, phone number or social account, Privy processes that identifier and links it to your wallet. We can see the sign-in details associated with users of our app in Privy. If you connect an existing wallet instead, no such identifier is involved.
- Usage and device data. We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how the Interface is used. They collect information such as the pages you view, the site you came from, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your browser, device and language.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical request data, such as IP address, time, requested page and browser details, to deliver the Interface and keep it secure.
- Messages you send us. If you contact us, we keep the message and the contact details you used.
4. Information kept on your device
Some information is stored only in your browser and is not sent to us:
- Your trading agent key, in encrypted form, together with the key that unlocks it. Clearing your browser data for the Interface removes them, and the Interface will then ask you to enable trading again.
- Your language preference, kept in a cookie.
- Files the Interface caches so that it loads faster and can show an offline page.
Google Analytics also sets cookies to tell visitors apart. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the Interface will continue to work.
5. Blockchain data is public
Orders, trades, deposits, withdrawals and balances are recorded on Hyperliquid and other public blockchains. That information is public, permanent and tied to your wallet address. It exists independently of us, and we cannot change, hide or delete it. Anyone can analyse public blockchain data and may be able to link a wallet address to other information about you. How private your activity is depends on how you use your wallet.
6. How we use information
- To provide the Interface and show you your own account data.
- To measure usage, fix problems and improve the Interface.
- To keep the Interface secure, detect abuse and manipulation, and enforce the eligibility restrictions in our Terms of Use, including restrictions based on location.
- To respond when you contact us.
- To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Use.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on the performance of our agreement with you, on our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the Interface, on your consent where it is required, and on our legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising or to build a profile of you across other sites.
7. Third parties
The Interface relies on third-party services. When you use it, your browser communicates with them directly, and they receive your IP address and the data needed to perform their function:
- Hyperliquid, for market data, your account data and the orders you place.
- Privy, for sign-in, wallet connection, embedded wallets and deposit addresses.
- Relay, for quotes and for the bridging and swapping behind deposits and withdrawals.
- Google Analytics and Vercel, for analytics and hosting.
We do not control these services. Each handles data under its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for their practices.
We may also disclose information:
- where a law, court order or competent authority requires it, which may be without notice to you;
- to protect our rights, our users or the safety of others; and
- to a successor, if the project is merged, sold or transferred to a new operator, on the terms of this policy.
8. Retention
We keep analytics data and logs only for as long as they are useful for the purposes above, and messages for as long as needed to deal with them. Data recorded on a blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we handle. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without authorisation. You are responsible for protecting your wallet, your private keys, your login methods and your devices.
10. International transfers
We and the services we rely on operate in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live, including in countries whose data protection laws differ from yours.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We aim to respond within 30 days and may need to confirm that the request comes from you. Because we hold very little information, we may not be able to find data relating to a particular person. Requests about sign-in details may need to be completed with Privy, and we cannot act on data that exists only on a blockchain.
12. Children
The Interface is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and will delete it if we learn that we have.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Interface after an update, the updated policy applies to you.
14. Contact
Questions and requests about privacy can be sent to us on X at @hypredictapp.
